I have just recieved two items both stained. The listing didn't have any description but i thnik if you are going to sell items with stains on you should surely say that ?
Maybe naively i think people would only sell on things that are of use!

You should definitely complain, you would assume buying on ebay that there would be no stains unless specified.

No I wouldn't. Unless it was a very small mark and the item was otherwise lovely. And I'd go out of my way to describe it accurately -- I'm really paranoid about describing all defects, and people seem fine about it as long as they know what to expect.

Did you check the seller's feedback before bidding? I probably wouldn't bid on an item with no description, tbh.

I'd email the seller and tell them you're not happy.

You are correct. If the listing doesnt say it is stained then I think you are entitled to believe it isnt.

I fI sell stuff with stains on I always list it in the item description and photograph it. Usually it's part of a bundle and all the other items are fine and it's a good peice of clothing apart from the small stain.

yes if it's not in the listing then it's fair enough to assume it isn't stained. Have you contacted the seller?

It was 2 pairs of jeans but listing just said make and size.
Am going to email and ask for refund if return them but the postage heavy so am going to be left out of pocket
