Help!!! What do I do now??

Hi,
I recently had to open an unpaid item dispute, The buyer eventually paid on sat but it was after the post office had closed so I didn't bother checking their address details until yesterday.
Now heres the problem.... between them making payment and yesterday they have become unregistered and when I go to check their address details I get a message basically telling me that because they are no longer registered I can't see their details, I can't even send them a message. What can I do?

Does their postal address show in Paypal? Could you email them directly (The Paypal email adress) When I had an unregistered buyer pay for an item I asked Ebay's advice and they said either send or refund - up to me. I posted and heard no more but no probs.
