I am a bit anxious about paypal these days as I have noticed a couple of people mentioning that buyers have tried to get the goods then do a dispute too that item not as described or something when infact it was perfect and arrived quickly etc!!!

Paypal seems so open to fraud ??

I was wondering if a buyer pays as a personal payment can they still open disputes or does the fact its a personal payment stop their right to dispute?
