i opened a dispute and won, got refunded, then got an email saying the rufund has not gone through, what do i do now?

this seller has been a right a**hole, i opened a dispute and escalated it to a claim, i won and today was emailed by paypal to say i have been refunded.
have just had another email to say the refund has failed and to comtact the seller regarding this refund.

well thats why i had to claim cause he didnt contact me, so why would he speak to me now!!
is there anything else i can do to get my money back?

I would phone PP if I were you & see what they say.

More then likely failed because the sellers whipped all the money out the account!

find it odd, because we're in a dispute atm and paypal have 'frozen' the amount

Sounds like he doesnt have enough funds, and doesnt have full paypal protection limits
