I bought a bundle of clothes off of ebay that were not in 'as new' condition when they arrived despite being descibed as such. They stank, some were very wash worn, a couple weren't even the right size and some had a few marks on them. The seller also sent the parcel 'standard parcels' instead of the 'first class' service they said that they would use. I e-mailed them and said pretty much what I have said above but with a little more explanation. They then sent me an e-mail that basically said I was a liar and they wouldn't accept anything that I had said. So, I left negative feedback as the seller can't give me negative feedback. They responded starting with the words UR A LIAR and have sent me an e-mail that is very rude and are threatening to list me on some sort of website that will warn other sellers to not trade with me. As this guy only had 10 good feedback ratings, his feedback percentage is now down to 80% because of me and I can understand that this has angered him. But, is it really necessary to send such a rude e-mail? Can I report him?
