Aaagh - all my ds's listings have been removed because of a silly mistake

He wanted to sell 5 of his ds games and so we put them on ebay last Sunday. Three of them were doing really well but had a message from ebay today to say they have removed three as they were in breach of listing policy.

It is because I described them in the title as 'As New' condition. I didn't even realise you couldn't say this but instead had to use 'mint' or 'excellent'. My ds is really disappointed and now we have to start all over again.

yes - can't use "as new" - something is either new or used.
be careful with mint. Mint means they are exactly as there were when they were made, no handling...nothing.
List for free today. good luck

They have only removed 3 of the 5 items listed. What do I do about the other 2?

Oooh - perhaps I should change my recent listings then!

I'm selling some china items. They have never been used, and have no marks/scratches at all and are in original boxes. They were unwanted gifts, but we have unwrapped them a few times to look at them, then put them back. Only the wrapping paper is slightly crumpled. (Maybe I could iron the wrapping ). Should I edit the listing? They are not used though, just viewed really.

Aero, I would say that they are 'as new' then. Apparently it's only the title you need to worry about, you can say 'as new' in the larger description. The games were used though, so I see their point.

However, they didn't remove my other two listings and they sold last night. I've just relisted the others.
