They have asked shipping price and also said do you have a bank account for receving the payment?i haven't paypal.

Not sure what payment they are wanting to use? Or if i should reply saying can't send to Italy.

Tortoise, for international buyers, I always insist on paypal. Too much trouble on the payment front otherwise. Is it a pricey item? I would have thought that for them to tt the money would incur quite a lot of charges (dunno) which would not make it economic unless your item cost a lot. Also, try not to give our your bank account details. I know it is not any more info to give to someone than on a cheque but still ...

Don't accept e-cheques. Can't remember the reason except not to accept them.

What is their feedback like? You will also have to quote them increased postage, but I am sure you know that.

Otherwise, I'd be tempted just to say no shipment to Italy.

No not a very expensive item. And don't want to give out bank details either. Think i will reply saying paypal only.
Thanks

Its seems common in Europe to do bank xfers. Its also safer for you since once you have the money paypal are not going to reverse the payment. You just need IBAN number and something else I can't recall. Once the payment clears send it to them. I'm toying with the idea myself except the postage is too high IMO
