I have had someone buy it now a few pairs of school trousers, I waited for a week and no payment, I emailed them no reply, it wasn't until I sent them a reminder through ebay that I got a reply.

She said please bear with her as she is a single mum struggling for 2 kids and that she will send payment in a few days, again a week and no payment, I emailed again asking for payment and got a reply saying she sorry but really struggling she is trying to get the money somehow.

I do sympathise with her, but part of me wanders why she bought if she couldn't afford. Its almost been a month with no payment.

There's a set amount of time after which you can start a non paying bidder alert thingy and get your fees refunded through ebay. I've had one non paying bidder. Set several messages warning that I would start the process if I didn't receieve payment (I didn't ever receive any communication from him at all though). The process was quite easy, then I added him to my blocked biffers list.

I thought I was going to have to do it again, but a few days before I started the process the buyer contact me to apologise- she'd had appendicitis etc, been in hospital- anyway all sorted.

I think there's a set amount of time within which you have to start a non paying bidder alert so check out the details on the ebay website and then email the buyer again. A month is more than enough time to give someone.
