be very careful about selling to anyone outside eBay - you have no protection if eg they give you a fake draft. Check the eBay help section - it's usually pretty clear - I'm sure you can lower the reserve as once we were bidding on something and we had a message saying "reserve has been lowered" (eBay never discloses the reserve but does say if it's been lowered I think if you are bidding).
