Is it possible to "bum buy" an item on ebay and pay for it with paypal?

Buyer says they bought an item by mistake by leaning on their phone but it is bought and paid for. Is this possible? A new one I haven't had before anyway. So I guess I have to refund then.

Well cancelled the sale and as far as I know I should not be defected and will get fees back by selecting buyer asked to cancel. Sigh..was just about to pack them. Honest mistake or would you block them for messing you around?

I would still block them if it where me,it must have been a very hard lean on the phone to go from bidding to the process of paying via pay-pal don't you think ??

It would take a lot of bum clicks!

If it wasn't a large amount then it could have been on one click so you don't have to put in your PP details.

Perhaps not so much a 'bum buy' as just clicking to add to basket and have a think about it later, without realising that the purchase would complete.

Bit unnecessary to block though isn't it? If it's someone who has done it a couple of times I can see why, but not for one mistake.

Thanks, it was for £24.99 so don't know whether that can accidentally get paid for by leaning but hey ho. They seem genuine and did say thanks for cancelling so won't block. Still quite weird though. Lovely pair of size 14 Sand Copenhagen wool trousers brand new going then :-)
