Last week I ordered some Lego from eBay. Listed as used, but complete.

Item arrived and was a box of random Lego - impossible to build the actual set.

I contacted the seller. Had no response, so raised a case a couple of days later.

As soon as I raised the case, the seller issued a full refund, but didn't communicate with me at all.

Am I obliged to return the item to her, or is the case considered closed now that I've been refunded?
