eBay

I am fed up with ebay and don't think I will bother any more

Ordered duvet, courier delivered to wrong address, gave me a letter to this effect. Ebay not interested, found in seller's favour and blocked me from calling them. Got money back through credit card, but still not allowed to leave negative feedback for seller, as according to ebay, I am in the wrong, as there was a signature for the duvet.

Ordered clothes, did not arrive. Contacted seller through resolution centre, got snotty reply a week later, asking if it had now arrived, and telling me off for using the resolution centre and not contacting her direct. Apparently, it should have arrived, as it was posted second class (for which she charged me £5) two weeks ago. Well it hasn't. Asked her if she had tracking reference and we are back to radio silence, so have asked her to refund. More radio silence - back to the resolution centre again...

The duvet, did you upload the letter from the courier when disputing?

Re the clothes, have you escalated the claim? If the seller doesn't have proof of delivery you should be refunded.

No, Lottie - I had no opportunity to do so. I told them I had the letter and could I email it to them/upload it, and they kept saying no, because they were still investigating.

Yes, have escalated.
