So I sold some 2nd hand thomas the tank mega blocs, 6 photos of them at different angles. With a close up of the box and the tear on the box!

My description was short and sweet of.....

Used, Thomas the tank engine mega blocs, the item is in very good condition but the box isn't it had some tears to it.

I think it's the only way, isn't it? If she is consistently doing this to everyone then eBay will be aware.

Any buyer who is slightly difficult gets reported here....

Not sure what you can report her for. eBay is for the buyers so will just say it's her experience of the transaction. I once had a 'Thanks. Fantastic Seller' put on a neutral. People are weird.

I think people probably think 3 stars is good. When I review books 3 is good. I know it's not quite the same. I also received 3 stars on some clothes that I sold but excellent feedback from the same buyer.

I think some buyers think that 3 stars is average - OK but not outstanding. They don't realise how the stars work for sellers.

Me too, I always refund any postage over the amount if I have listed too high (even though ebay still get their cut) and never charge more than it costs so am at a loss as to why I don't have the 5 full stars, I wouldn't mind but buyers can see exactly how much the stamp costs let alone ebay's 10% and packing.
