I haven't sold anything on E Bay for years but am de-cluttering so decided to sell a few bits.

What is the cheapest way to sell? Is it best to have a buy it now price or auction with a reserve instead. Also I have various still sealed Lego sets. Am I better selling them separately or as one job lot do you reckon?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Sell the Lego sets seperately - if you bundle them you will put off people who already have some of them. But offer joint postage to anyone who buys more than one thing (but check parcel size and weight limits with MyHermes, Royal Mail or whoever first).

I've never worked out whether BIN or auction works best!

I agree sell the lego separately but offer a P&P discount for multi buys. If they are large in size courier might be cheaper. If you want to do BIN price then use the advanced search to check the price of previously sold sets.

Yes sell the lego as separate lots and offer discount for multi-buys Hermes is best as they include tracking so you have peace of mind they have never lost any of my items in 2 yrs also they will collect from your address for you.
BIN has been working well for me at the minute all my sales are on BIN I just make sure I am happy with the price I have pitched stuff at and it also saves on postage fee's to ebay which can seriously add up at the end of the month and the bonus of BIN is that most buyers pay straight away and do not need to be chased for payment. Best of luck with your sales spider

Let us know when you've listed the Lego! Smile

When you list your LEGO sets make sure you include a few photos for each. Also, make sure you state the LEGO set number. Buyers search specifically on those.
