Hi ladies,
I brought some girls clothing on eBay on buy it now. On the listing it said like new. However when I received it in the post there was a stain in the hat and the tops looked like it had been worn and washed loads of time. I know this because i brought a dress from the same shop with same material/pattern. Anyway I left negative feedback. Today the seller left me a feedback calling me a Liar, crap ebayer blah blah blah. On her pics I couldn't see properly as it was pretty dark/not clear enough. Now, can I ask eBay to remove her feedback? Or should I just ignored it? I have nearly 200 feedback and 100%. Thank you

talita Never put up with personal insults it's against ebay rules to make comments such as that, also block the seller from contacting you again once you have spoken to CS re the removal of the feedback.

You can't block a seller from contacting you - but you can add them to your blocked bidder list - so if you sell they can't bid on your items and maliciously wreck your auctions.

Ebay removed her comment last night and I have blocked her from bidding on the things I sell. Thanks everyone!

Huh...Ebay wouldn't remove the replies to feedback I left in which two sellers called me "a cheating , lying swindler" and a "Nasty piece of work"

talita2101 · 17/02/2015 13:44

Gatekeeper-did they give you a reason why they wouldn't remove it? It was pretty easy with me. They changed her comment with "this comment has been removed by eBay" then there's a link explaining about defect removal.

they said they wouldn't remove them because the comments didn't fall into the categories blah blah blah and then gave me a list of the categories. I think I will ask again to remove them
