Listing was a fixed price for a set of two items. Total was just over £100 but similar have been selling for between £150 and £175.
4 days after 'BIN', seller emailed to say one of the items was damaged and they'd refund. I asked what the damage was because I might still want both (and repair the damage). Seller then offered the undamaged item for 90% of the original price of both items .
After a few emails flying back and for then no reply from the seller, I asked for a refund and eventually opened a case. Seller responded and said a refund would be issued last week.
Case escalated yesterday and still no refund. Will I get a refund if the seller has no funds in PP and no other means to refund? No word from eBay either. I've only opened one case before and eBay refunded within an hour of escalating the case so now I'm concerned that I won't see my £100 again.
