Full refund my arse .

A dress with a hole in it - £3.80 to return

A broken plate. Completely inadequate packaging - £3.80 to return

And a picture ripped in two and then an enormous glass frame not mentioned in the listings over it and not in the pictures of it -is going to cost. £13.00 to return by courier as Royal Mail won't take it

All losses. Really pissed off.

If it is not as described or damaged I ask for full refund including postage. If I don't get it I open a not as described and get a full refund that way
I've had enough of the crap on ebay recently
I bought DD a leggings and top set which had a hole in them and a paint stain
I've just got a damaged and shabby bag described in good condition. If it has a name they sell any crap
both times I have got a refund on postage though
why should you be out of pocket

They were all opened as not described. And I got a full refund of the original postage and item price.

But you don't get a refund of the return postage.

send Hermes - much cheaper than RM. A good seller will pay return costs too, or if you ask ebay will give a prepaid label sometimes.

I second sending with myHermes it will cost you I think £2.78 if you drop off and also have the tracking facility which you need for proof of posting.

If I've ever returned an item not as described I've contacted Ebay, before returning the item, and they have sent a pre paid postage with the sellers address for return.

There is no way I'd expect to be out of pocket on a return that wasn't as described.
