How long does unpaid dispute take?

I sold a pushchair and it ended on Sunday 25th may. It was collection only but the seller didn't reply to my attempts to contact and so after 2 days I opened an unpaid dispute.

I have still heard nothing and today was emailed my eBay fees from may which include the 10 pounds from the pushchair.

What do I do?

you need to close the dispute, go to resolution centre & close the dispute to get a FVF credit.

they should remind you automatically, but they don't, annoying it is.

Ok thanks will give that a go.

So annoying. The buyer has had a few people leave negative comments under the positive comment. Is it worth doing that or is it just going to give them
More positive feedback?

Probably best that you don't give any f/back. It's a policy violation to write in F/back anything negative about buyers (regardless of how much they deserve it).

Might get away with passive aggressive comment, like "I'm sorry you changed your mind."

make sure you block them too - but don't bother with feedback. Too many disputes against them and they will lose their account anyway.

Have you closed the dispute yet?

The dispute is closed and eBay say they have sent me a final fee credit but how long does that take? I assumed it would come via PayPal but I have logged on and nothing has arrived yet.

I was hoping to re list this evening but ideally wanted to get the 10 pounds back before I do it.

check your account in ebay - the credit will show there.

Thanks will do. I rarely sell and this has put me off!

you can alter your settings to prevent buyers with too many strikes from bidding, plus other criteria. Just get non paying bidder disputes opened and closed asap in future.
