I recently sold a dress. The buyer has had it for about 10 days (time to wear it to an event last weekend). They have now come back and said it smells 'musty' and they want to send it back.
I know that it was perfectly OK when it was sent and want to fight this, but I'm wondering if it's worth it. I've never had a dispute as a seller, and have heard that the buyer always wins. I am aware that I have no proof that the item did not smell...
Should I suck it up and accept it back or get them to raise a dispute? Thanks.
