How do I close a case I opened?

I opened a case as I hadn't received the item.

It has now arrived and ive left feedback, so the seller knows I've received it now, but when I tried to close the case, stating that I had now received the item it won't let me.

This is the message I get

You can't close the case at this time.

Why can't I close it? Will Ebay automatically close it?
