Need to rant
Selling a maxi cosi car seat so stuck it on eBay

Someone keeps messaging me asking if it fits an oyster chassis
My reply - yes it will fit but you need to purchase additional Adaptors. Mothercare sell them

Buyer - so does it fit the oyster chassis

Me.- explain again and in more detail

Buyer - wins item, collects & pays cash

Now been left negative feedback as she claims it doesn't fit her chassis & I didn't include the Adaptors

Was I not clear enough

Can you reply to her feedback or speak to ebay about removing it?

I hardly bother with ebay anymore because of the idiots and arseholes! I sold a kids toy which I described as well used and worn, included lots of photos so the buyer could see exactly what they were getting. The person who bought it asked for a refund because you could tell the item wasn't new and had obviously been played with.

Some buyer has basically blackmailed me into paying return postage on an item which they have just changed their mind on. It is not worth risking ruining 100% feedback by arguing about it but I am fuming. They are now on my blocked list!!

On the same day I receive completely crappy batch of so called tissue paper for wrapping and seller expects me to pay to return it for a refund. If you want to know a packaging supplier to avoid just ask. Now I have seen how many negs they have which are partially disguised by the volume of transactions. The paper is totally creased and rubbish.
I'm afraid some parts of ebay do make the blood boil!

Group rant!

Kept all emails
I don't think she will get far and the listing never stated anything about Adaptors

How annoying for you! Sometimes I wonder if some buyers know exactly what they are doing and try to get freebies/ partial refunds or are just feckin thick! I had a bad experience with the latter type of buyer. You can't argue with stupid but luckily eBay email trails and resolution centre will see through any unjust buyer actions. Good luck!
