Hello
Sold a mini boden jumper last week. Buyer has decided she doesn't like it and wants to return as it too old for her dd to wear. I listed the item as used but in perfect condition however she's changed her mind and is looking for a refund. Where do I stand?

Dont refund her till she's returned it by recorded delivery.

Do I have to refund her though? She's just told me her dd had worn the jumper today!

Do you have a returns policy? If you don't accept returns then you don't have to.

If her DD has worn the item, she has accepted it IMO. I wouldn't refund her.
