Paypal question

I'm selling something privately and we're struggling with how to accept money for it as they want to pay via credit card if possible.

I have a paypal account for my Ebay business, is it safe enough to just give them that address? I'm assuming that it is no different to me running an online business and accepting Paypal for it, but thought I'd just check as I'm suffering with brain fog this morning and I'm not thinking straight

yes you can do that - but not if it is collected. If they are collecting or you are delivering with no online proof of delivery the only safe payment method is cash or bank transfer.
