Hi, I normally sell kids clothes and related stuff. I haven't listed for a couple of months, but have found an extra few hours, so listed loads of stuff last week, similar brands, quality etc to that I've sold before and it just doesn't seem to be attracting watchers/bids. Am I just being unlucky or are others finding this to? If it is not just me, what do you think is causing the lack of buyers?
I've relished my items and will keep my fingers crossed they do better this week...

This happens to me sometimes! I put my little boys designer clothes on there eg: Ralph Lauren top vgc starting @ 99p & it doesn't go! Then I relist & sells really well! I think sometimes it just happens
Also I try to make sure my items I have listed end on the weekend & I find those items sell better as obviously more people have time to watch items & bid etc ;)

Very slow of late, I honestly don't expect things to pick up until September. I don't think clothes have ever been great sellers. Stick to FLW to avoid listing fees, at least.

Have just packaged up a Mini Boden item, great condition, would have expected at least a tenner. Got 99p

Oh well, someone has a bargain.

But then again, sold a small bundle of DSs t shirts last week, good condition but nothing special and got £15.

I'm selling Boden for as little as 55p at the mo'.

Damn that there Johnny and his voucher codes and % off.

There's a blimmin Boden dress I want for dd (to replace my favourite dress of hers) that I bet I have to go a tenner for though, sod's law!

Interesting.

I sold a stack of stuff in Feb/March but have a few more boxes of children's clothes to go...might not bother if it's slow-going as I have other things I could be getting on with.

Tell you what though- I am sending piles of stuff to Estonia.

Virtually every package I've shipped of kids' clothes recently (27 in past 3 weeks) has gone to either Estonia or Finland.

I've got someone in Czech Republic asking me about kid's clothes.

Me too, i have sold about 6 items in the last 2 months. Very slow. Will relist when its free.
Thought it was just me doing something wrong, glad its not.

I've currently got some small bundles of toddler clothes on at the minute, ending in two days and I have no watchers at all. They're all good quality clothes, Next and Benetton stuff, ones I sold a couple of months ago went for good prices. It seems really slow currently. Although my BJCM sold in ten minutes on a buy it now last week, so it appears to be clothes that are suffering.
