Does anyone use watch count.com?

I do, i find it quite helpful sometimes, if i am planning to bid or going thinking of offering a buy it now price. But sometimes, and generally with the most important things it comes up as unavailable. I can't see any pattern, does anyone know why some items watch count is unavailable? I have looked in their FAQs but there is nothing there and i feel like there is probably some really simple thing i am missing.
