I've seen this mentioned a couple of times. Is there one?
I started to sell some key rings. I did ask for advice on here about which countries not to sell to. Stupidly I didn't take the advice to avoid S. America.
One individual has claimed that two lots of things haven't arrived. Paypal have refunded him which makes me a bit cross.
Unfortunately, I can't get proof of postage from our post office (malaysia).

Ebay seem spectacularly disinterested since we don't have any proof of posting.
he'll get his just deserts. Alternatively, I could see whether there's a Mner in Argentina prepared to go round and give him a stern talking to.

it is of course possible that they really have not arrived while generally not an advocate of sending absolutely everything signed for, I do for south / central america and asia, even if 99p as stuff does go missing it probably is missing in the post office

a hall of shame is probably not on, as they could be malicious postings, someone could end up on it when their parcel genuinely did not arrive even 0.1% missing is 1 in 1000 and that is still several hundred a week go missing in UK, never mind internationally

you can report buyers on ebay, but claiming something did not turn up could well be true, there are scams and so if a history of claiming well it is probably dodgy but it does happen

paypal will always refund a claim of non receipt unless there is proof of delivery not proof of posting

Yes. I do see your point. It's bloody annoying none the less.

Yes can understand people may post malicious stuff - but when you find out someone has shafted someone else the same way they have you - then you see they have had about 8 pieces of feedback removed from eBay - don't think that is an accident when they claim items haven't arrived. Bloody annoying.
