Ebay removed negative feedback!!

So pleased that it's gone from my feedback profile. Does this mean the buyer is now blocked from giving another negative rating and writing further malicious comments on that particular transaction????

How did you persuade Ebay to remove it? What is the procedure to get it removed?

Rang customer services several times, had several online chats with customer services. Told them I was worried sick, scared of the buyer (I am). There was no doubt the feedback was malicious and lies, I had evidence and Ebay knew that. Yesterday they suggested I send in a Defamatory Information Notice with exhibits (you can download from Ebay website) but just got an email today saying don't worry, we're removing it anyway. Am overjoyed, but worried buyer is just going to do it again on that same transaction item number. Please, please can someone tell me she isn't able to do this???

Oh that's great. Many thanks fergoose. Buyer has sent a couple of rather unpleasant emails. I hate any kind of upset and confrontation, I find things like this very upsetting
