As title says. Sold a coat. Its been a week and no payment yet. I have sent the buyer a message and he hasn't responded. This was two days ago.

Am more or less an eBay virgin so what do I do??

from your account go to resolution centre and open a non payment case - close in 4 days to get your fees back and then you can relist or do 2nd chance offer.

Aah. Thank you. smile

And if the buyer still doesn't pay, leave him/her feedback in capital letters as NON-PAYING TIMEWASTER. In fact, look at the buyer's feedback, there are probably a few of these already (I have had a few buyers like this, no payment, no response. Dickheads!)

you can't leave the buyer negative feedback on a positive rating - best not to leave them any at all really.

People do, though. ONe of my non-payers had about 15 'positive' FBs with 'Timewaster/Liar/Nonpayer/Won't communicate' on them.

Have you sent an invoice? I was waiting for a buyer to pay, eventually sent an.invoice and she paid minites later

I think sometimes new buyers think they have to wait for an invoice before they pay.

if reported the feedback will be removed - it is against eBay rules.

Being a bit green about the eBay thing, I left the buyer another two messages and he paid. So it all worked out well.

Thanks for all your help. smile
