Having a slight panic and was wondering if anyone that has more of a clue than me, could help?

I'm new to selling stuff and put an item on as 'pick-up only'. It was bought and the buyer contacted me to ask if I could post the item. I agreed to this but the car has broken down and I can't get to the post office. I contacted the buyer to tell them I'll need to revert to the pick-up only and they're being quite nasty.

Freaking out slightly. Am i in the wrong?

No I dotn think so. they bought a pick up only and you agreed as a curtsey either they collect or they agree to wait until your cat is working.

Ask on the ebay boards they are really very helpful

just refund their paypal and ask them to collect and pay with cash. Not much else you can do is there.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I contacted ebay and as Lonnie says they bought as a pick up so that still stands. I am calm!
