Slight quandary over giving feedback...

This isn't a massive problem but I'm just dithering a bit over it. Just received an item which I bought a couple of days ago - very promptly sent, nice friendly email from seller to say when he was posting it.

But it arrived packed in an old supermarket food box with a label stuck on it and not even taped all the way round (though the open flap bit was sealed OK). The item inside was glass! Nothing on the outer box to warn it was fragile. OK, it was wrapped in some bubble-wrap within the box, but not so that it was snugly fitting; there was a bit of rattling inside.

There was no damage - but I can't help feeling that was just really lucky. How should I proceed on feedback? I'm nervous of marking someone down but I do feel that sending glass items through the post maybe needs a bit more care!

WWYD?

I have put something like Fast dispatch - packaging not ideal. Or lovely item - packaging not ideal. And leave it at that, after all, it arrived intact.

Yes, thanks - that was my thinking. Useful to have it confirmed!
