How to get my appetite back?

All I've had today is half a sandwich around 2pm and I am trying to eat a banana now but I need big breaks between each bite. The thought of eating makes me feel full even when my stomach is rumbling. This has been going on since last year.

I am in a similar situation.

I have an eating disorder and control food as a way to cope with other things I can't control.

When I am in recovery and trying really hard I still struggle with a poor appetite. Mainly because my body is used to coping with very little food.

You must keep eating, little and often. Set a reminder on your phone every hour and make sure you have something to eat. The more you eat the more your body will want to receive food.
