unless you have done a good bit of yoga already, it's really better to go to a yoga class for a while before doing it at home because if you aren't quite getting the postures right the instructor will correct you (and everyone needs correcting in the beginning). If you aren't getting the postures right you won't benefit.

have a trapped nerve in my back and my doc has suggested i try at home yoga...can anyone recommend a dvd?
