Looking for recommendations for an extremely tough minded direct access barrister for financial (possible child arrangements order also) arrangements. I've tried informal negotiation with draft form e but ex has now decided to take me to court and I need to cut costs. I'm a solicitor so prepared to do a lot of drafting work myself.

London or Home Counties preferred.

Contact Julie at 29 Bedford row and ask who they have available on the court dates. They will assess you for 'suitability' of direct access. If you're a solicitor you're likely to be ok

Alternatively try 4 paper buildings or 1kbw
