Absolute - how long from sending form in?

Does anyone have any idea how long a decree absolute takes to come through these days? I'm able to send my form off in a couple of weeks - but it's to Bury St Edmunds and there are various views online about how long the delays are there now so was wondering if anyone on here has done this recently? Thank you :)

I think it depends on how busy they are but from what I've read online it can take anything from a few days to six weeks.

I think this will also apply to Bury St Edmonds.

Liverpool family court do them pretty much the day they receive it. I rang up and they told me it was done, but the letter took a few days longer as came back via the solicitor.

Mine took nearly a month, but a very busy county court. They also forgot to put a stamp on the envelope and I had to collect it and pay for it from the sorting office!
