Divorce solicitors in SE London/ Bromley

Please could somebody recommend a good solicitor in SE London or Bromley areas that they have used, and been successful with, obviously!
Don't know where to begin with all of this, but know I need to get started with some free legal advice to begin with....

Nonstoplaundry shop around and speak to a few lawyers to get a feel for them. It's very much a personal choice. Trust your instincts. Price is not King here. Cost is no judge of quality. You need to be able to work well with your lawyer. Have you tried mediation? You can try this before you seek legal advice and you may get it free!

divorcealchemist good advice but not sure if I want to go down the mediation route - can't think that it would change anything. Unless of course anybody has some insight into the benefits of mediation?

Kevin Bristow at CWJ in Orpington. Excellent, incisive, grasps issues immediately. Gave me excellent advice on dealing with my ex. £200 for first hour. I saw the lady at Batchelors a while back. Very nice, but just felt she was offering sympathy.

Couple of really good ones in Tunbridge Wells, I used TSP. Its a bit more of a drive but really I only had to visit the office once or twice as mostly everything was done via phone and email.
