Bit of a back story to this- we (the children and I) moved out two years ago due to his violence nothing charged (reported to police - SS said move - which I did) have nisi 6 months ago. He has put in a court order for 50/50 how likely is this going to happen? He agreed on his own without my input that he only wanted them 10-6 Sunday's so it wouldn't ruin his social life!!

Is he effectively dragging us all through family courts now? Will it ever end??

Funny enough we are at the financials stage.

Without knowing how old the children are, how far away he lives etc it is impossible to say.

As per the previous poster, it's impossible to say without further details such as the children's ages, if they are 11+ what their thoughts are, what the current arrangement is & how long that has been in place, whether he lives nearby or far away etc. Abusers towards you would necessarily remove the possibility of a 50/50 arrangement.

Thanks - h is going for dual residency a good few years after we have left the house (he currently has 8 hours a week no overnights his choice due to not ruining his social life). The children are primary and one elder. H lives in the same town.
