The first lot of divorce costs.

I've heard some people pay and some don't.

I was wondering what qualifies you to not pay the fees.

its the first lot of fees.

I get working tax credits but not entirely sure it qualifies me. Maybe for a reduced rate

Search for form EX160A - this form lists if you're eligible for part or full remission of fees.
