Quickest way to get a divorce? How much will it cost?

Seperated from my dh a month or so ago ( although it was over a long time ago ), how do I go about getting a divorce and am I entitled to any help with divorce/court fees? I am claiming income support as I don't work ( am a carer for disabled dc). If he agrees to divorce how long will it take and what's the easiest way to do it?

Yes, go to county court. Get divorce pack. Fill in forms. Ask for fee exemption form. Fill in. Send in forms. = free divorce. !!
