Joint Mortgage, 2 kids SAHM

I'm SAHM looking after 4 yo and 8 month old. OH and I have joint mortgage and are trying to sell house but it's still on the market. Can't lower the price any further as we need to clear the mortgage.

Thing is, I don't know what to do when we split up. I have no money and will likely have to move back in with my old Dad until I work out what to do. I have no money for childcare I have no job and have totally relied on OH for everything for the last 4 years. I feel like such an idiot and now I have no self esteem and don't have a clue what to do.

Any advice?

You will be able to claim benefits for you and you DC's. Also Child Maintenance.
Do you have to sell? Can you stay in the house? You will get help with interest payments from DWP.
