Five Things I Love About My Missus

21 replies

UnquietDad · 10/05/2007 00:42

VVVQV suggested it, I'll start it!

  1. She is a wonderful mum and combines this with a stressful career.
  2. She has always supported my choice to make a go of a pretty uncertain career, and never criticises my "contribution".
  3. She tolerates my hobbies and foibles, and indeed is generally kind and thoughtful.
  4. She is pragmatic and usually manages to think of solutions to problems.
  5. She has the most awesomely wonderful splendiferously gorgeous breasts and callipygian buttocks, and is amazing in bed.

  1. An amazing intellect;
  2. Unrivalled in equanimity;
  3. Fiercely passionate;
  4. Unbelievably tolerant and understanding (esp. living with me!!)
  5. Beautiful and sexy in mind and body.

(OK...don't go reaching for your sick buckets please. I am being sincere here! )

I went from this to this all with the aid of a few of his millions. Worth every cent he says!

Ha, ha, ha!!! Excellent.

Now you just need the head shave and you would be utterly perfect!

Hmmm... she knows my MN login, but prolly won't look so I think I'm safe!

  1. She's totally puts up with my post-work grumpies and lets me chill out before piling on the chores
  2. She makes me gallons of tea, even though she hates the stuff herself
  3. She's utterly committed to our marriage and our life together
  4. She's got oodles of backbone - she stands up to me and tells me when she thinks I'm being a wally
  5. She challenges me: makes me read stuff that I wouldn't normally, gets me to watch movies that I wouldn't choose
  6. She's carrying our bump
  7. She loves me dearly, deeply and absolutely
  8. She showed me what commitment and stability means. I come from quite a dysfunctional family; she made me better
  9. She doesn't dominate any part of my life, but is inextricably the motivation and purpose of all of it
  10. She's got an obsession for cats, squirrels and cute things generally (like this )
  11. She's got a cute tush
  12. She looks admiring when I do things with hammers and planks
  13. She snuggles up to me when I come to bed late and freezing, even though it must be AWFUL to press up against her iceblock of a husband

    Er... I'd better stop before I hurt myself.
