Holiday in France and need Brexit vocab

We're going to France next weekend on a house swap. I speak French and am anticipating Brexit discussions with neighbours/ friends of the family whose house we're staying in.

Can any helpful French speakers give me some vocabulary to do this please. I'm assuming Brexit is Brexit but not sure of much beyond that. I've never discussed referenda, elections etc in French before. Thanks.

Brexit is "le Brexit"

referendum is "le referendum"

election is "l'election" (f)

(quite simple, so far!)

Brexiteers = les connards

BJohnson = espèce de salopard

NFarage = petit cinglé

Enjoy!

If it's anything like here NO-ONE will want to talk about Brexit with you.
