I call them pumps. Born in Leeds and brought up in Liverpool. DC call them plimsolls - born in Hertfordshire. We live in York now - not sure what they're called up here.

I used to call them daps when I was a child growing up in Somerset. Now I'm in Yorkshire married to a Lancastrian, and call them pumps.
