Does anyone have any tips on ways of saving money? Food shop, bills etc... Want to be able to enjoy things again and stop worrying about money.

Depends totally on what your current expenditure is, spend a month writing down/speadsheeting very penny you spend and you'll be able to see where you can cut down. But it's easier to save if you have an overview

Yeah I think my main problem is that I don't even know where my money is going, so that sounds like a good idea so I can cut out what I don't need, thanks
