HMRC Chief Exec quits because of poor customer service

If any of you, like me, have had to deal with HMRC you will agree with the findings that HMRC ""incapable of running a satisfactory service".
I hope that there is a real shake-up of HMRC and how they deal with tax credits, followed by the CSA and maintenance payments.
