I have read about the £2 collection jars, it sounds like it could be worth doing - however doesn't it mean that when you're short of change you just end up withdrawing money or paying on card?
I do this but tbh, I don't find this probably because I get so few. Last year I got about 65. Must be all those MNers and their collections
My colleauge collects them and she does seem a bit fed up when we are all saying x, we have a two pound for you and she ends up with no money for lunch
OH and I have been collecting £2 for a few years now.It does get a bit annoying when you buy a pint if milk and end up with £6 worth of £2, but you get over it quickly and it's worth it when you count up the money. We have about £100 since September.
