Same hete random. I think the toasties taste better with the skin on, with a little sprinkle of black pepper on them before cooking Saves peeling too
I don't peel my roasties, leave the skin on...
if you go to the love food hate waste website there are loads of tips like this.
I put all of the decent washed potato peelings in a small roasting tin and sprinkled a little oil, salt and pepper on them and we had them as a snack.They were delicious, I cannot believe I didn't think to do this before, maybe it's obvious. The oven was already cooking a roast chicken so no extra fuel.
