Is the sleepyhead a worthwhile thing to get?

Any thoughts on it for newborn? Did it suit the baby or not really? Seems handy but pretty pricey!

Didn't work for ours. But nothing worked until I let him sleep on his tummy.

It really depends on the baby, I think! DC1 hated it (preferred to stretch out his arms) but DC2 is happy as Larry in it and used it from coming home from hospital. If you can afford it I'd say it's worth a gamble.

Had it from birth so didn't have anything to compare it to until I took it away and although he's still a crap sleeper he's an even crapper sleeper without it!

Likes to be super close to me pretty much at all times so I think it helps making him feel less "open" to the world.
