Cot top changer - is it worth getting one?

hi all
I'm debating whether it's worth getting a cot top changer as I have a 19 month old and an 8 month old and am relocating their current change table due to no space as they're about to become roomies gulp

Both are still in nappies and I'm wondering whether it would be easier to get one or just change/dress them in our room

Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

I've never had one. Think it would just be easier to do it on the floor than fanny about putting it on / off the cot.

good luck with the room sharing... :)

I always do mine on the floor. to many of my friends have had their kids rolling off tables.

I always used one of these, couldn't change on the floor as it killed my knees.

Next to the cot a had a tall plastic drawer tower of all the nappy stuff - I used cloth.

Bought and sold it 2nd hand - don't think it cost me anything in the end.

Bought one, never used it.

If you're clumsy like me, get one. I used to change my baby on the floor but always managed to knock her with my knees somehow... If I change her on the bed she rolls about all over the place.
