Dead insects in mothercare sheets!

I just bought some fitted cot bed sheets in mothercare and when I opened the pack a bunch of dead insects fell out! Shock When I looked closer I found there were more burrowed into the elasticated stitching. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Urghhh!! That is horrible! I assume you are taking them straight back? Never known of that before!

I bought a cot pillow from Mothercare once and when DS used it, he got covered in insect bites.

We took it out - no bites, put it back - bites!!

I binned it

These things are made in big factories overseas - it happens. Take it back and get a replacement from a different batch number/refund. We get this in bales of fabric occasionally (or bird poo ) We (as a retailer) send it back as a quality issue, so I'd imagine Mothercare have similar arrangements.

Thanks everyone! Took them back for a refund, couldn't face a replacement even though I understand its probably just an anomaly. Will definitely be more tentative opening packets in future :)
