Travel cot for play pen?

I was thinking of purchasing a travel cot to use as a playpen for 6 month old DS.

Can anyone advise if they are any good for use as playpen. Don't want to use full sized playpen as have a small living room.

Thanks

Hi.
We have this:
www.amazon.co.uk/Graco-Contour-Electra-Travel-Cot/dp/B001TFM8XM?tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21
We also have a small living room, and use this as a travel cot, and a play pen. The inner 'matress' section comes out, so the child can be lowered down to the bottom, so it can be used as a play pen. It is on 2 wheels, so can be easily transported about.
Shop about, we spent ages looking on-line, and got it a lot cheaper than RRP. The only down side is that the toys are not colourful on the arch (but we put our own on), and the cot is slightly too wide to be wheeled through from room to room, other wise it is fab!

Gool luck! x
